STAMPING
We have inhouse Power presses ranging from 10Tons to 250Tons capacity. We handle different metals like Steel , Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Bronze and Aluminium.
CASTING
We have inhouse Induction(200Kgs per hour melting capacity) and Electric Furnace(180Kgs capacity) for melting different alloys like Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Bronze etc.,
TOOLING
We design and manufacture tools for stampings and Non ferrous castings. This division caters to Automotive, Power T&D and General Engineering Industries.
STAMPING

We undertake Design, Engineering Development, Manufacture and supply of all Stampings products which requires critical surface and solid modeling design.
We use Welding robots and special welding program and weld attachment for welding complicated parts which requires proper weld penetration and torque performance.
We have inhouse designers to design and develop complicated stampings. All the tools that are in production are designed by our able designers using Solidworks and Autocad software.

Gravity Diecasting:
Copper Alloys: We manufacture products with the following Copper alloys in Gravity Castings. C642-Silicon Aluminum Bronze, C955-Nickel aluminum bronze, ,C956-Aluminum Silicon Bronze.
Aluminum Alloys: We manufacture products with the following Aluminum Alloys in Gravity castings. A356- T6: Aluminum Alloy.
Shell Casting:
Copper Alloys: We manufacture products with the following Copper alloys in Shell Castings. C642-Silicon Aluminum Bronze, C844-Red Brass, C865 – Manganese Bronze, C955-Nickel aluminum bronze, ,C956-Aluminum Silicon Bronze.
Aluminum Alloys: We manufacture products with the following Aluminum Alloys in Shell/Sand castings. A356- T6 and LM25 – Aluminum Alloy.
We have Inhouse Spectrometer to check the chemical composition of all the melts and we have traceability of all the melt chemistry for 2years period.
We also supply products with wide variety of plating’s like Silver, Tin, Nickel etc.,
